If a guy and girl have consensual sex and then she changes her mind and says NO midway, it's RAPE.BUT.

.BUT...what if it started out non-consensual and forced and THEN the girl changed her mind midway because it turned out to be "fun and kinky"?
Is it STILL a rape then?

Yes, it's rape either way if there is non-consent.

Saying "no" midway does not turn it into rape, unless the other person refuses to stop. Refusing to stop after withdrawn consent is rape.

Just as starting without consent is rape, even if consent is given later.
