Do you ever feel as if you can't trust anyone, the media, politicans, your neighbors, even the common joe in the

community? Does it seem as if everywhere you look there is some kid of misleading shady dealings going on even in the justice system, courts, police and other law enforcement agencies, even on "Meet The Press"program people just lie before the whole world & dont seem to mind at all.Is it because the people who do this just igornant of what guidelines for living are in the bible?Whether you believe in God or not dont you think the bible is a good tool to use & follow its rules for living & the world would be a better place to live?

Answers:
I trust everyone. I trust some to be honest in their dealings and I know their word is good. I trust others to be true to their word and screw up everything and everyone! It's really amazing to me how many people actually live up to that trust on both sides. I'm rarely surprised. It's absolutely amazing how, when you know you can trust someone to do the wrong thing instead of the right thing how you learn to evaluate and eliminate or minimize risks. One of the most favorite signs I've ever seen was in a restaurant many years ago. I was little and learned to read by reading the words in our church's hymnals. The sign said: "In God we trust. All others pay cash." Pretty profound then and even moreso now.

I'm not quite that paranoid but I've had lots of doubts about the goings-on in the world.
that's the direction conservatives would like, yes

as for the bible, it's been re-written so many times, it seems it can mean anything anyone wants, so to me, it means nothing at all

morals and values are educated traits, not religious
Welcome to Adulthood. Wasn't it easier as a child, not understanding what was happening around you, and wondering why your parents kept saying the world was a complicated place?

The Bible is one of many good sources of advice on how to make the world a better place. Unfortunately, you can't make those decisions for everyone else.
media & politicians no.
Yep, just trust in God and everything will work out in the end, although at times it can be hard! Jesus has helped me out of every hard time imaginable.
