14 yrs old japanese girl?
her parents are divoced already. (more than 10 yrs ago)
mother is japanese and she lives with her in japan.
her dad is american and he lives in the us.
dad doesnt pay child support. (japanese court order. not in the us. he needs to pay $30,000 to his ex wife)
japanese girl came to the us this month. she stayed with her dad for less than 2 weeks. they had fight and she escaped from her dad. because her dad slapped her.
this wed, she came back to japan.
what she and her mom can do to her dad?
they need court order in the us?

Being overseas, I don't know how effective enforcing the child support is going to be. However, if he is hurting her and she wants to end all contact with him, they need to go to the Japanese courts and tell them about the abuse. If he has bruised her, the courts need to see that. Also, try contacting American officials in Japan to see what they can do.

Not much. International law is pretty restrictive regarding things like this. The best thing to do would be to come to the US, and take the dad to court in a US court. You might win some concession there.
However, the dad can then ask for visitation rights, which means the girl would have to live in the US, whether she wants to or not.
If you want the money, move to the US. Otherwise, make due without.
Sense her Father is American she may be able to file something in the American court system. What she should have done was report him to the police when she was here. That would have a least have given her a start in the system in America. I know at 14 I wouldn't have thought of this either. the other thing her family may be able to do is go through their consulate or embassy, it worth a shot I hope this helps a Little anyway. If her parents married that should make her half American. They should contact some one who knows international law that's what I would do.
