Child support parental rights??

Before you say call a lawyer I did I am waiting on him too call me back. Ok so here goes I live in Lafayette,La and my X lives in Jax Fl where our divorce was done I send him some medical bills and they are returned cause he got up and moved too another state with failure too tell me. I did some myspace searching found out where he lives seen his huge house and pool...but he can't pay child support go figure that is fine I don't want his money I want him gone out of our lives he doesn't call the kids or see them the only time I have denied him that right was after I found out he wasn't making them wear seatbelts and was leaving them with a 12 year old while he worked for 14 hours...I told him before I sent them back he needed too find them daycare and get a vechile that has seats they can sit in. Come on that isn't too much too ask. That was in Nov. haven't heard from him since nor have I seen a check in about 2 months. What do I do the judge I have is an *** and won't even listen.

Wow. You need to find the child support council in your city and possibly find a city attorney. The city attorney will help you for free. Ask your court house who the city attorney is.

Sorry, its not up to you if the kids see their father or not. Its up to the court system.
Having child custody/support/visitation issues while the parents live in 2 different states can get expensive real quick. From what I know, (and I've been in a case like this), the court in Jacksonville Florida would make the custody decisions UNLESS you've transferred your case to LA.
You better find an attorney, and fast, you have a basket of trouble.
You'll probably have to take your case to the state that HE lives in. Florida does not have jurisdiction any longer. As for getting his rights terminated, it just won't happen. That isn't enough. I wish you the best. Listen to your attorney.
