Is the person legally guilty if he gossip the truth to another person?
there are 3people swimming on the pool, guest1 ,guest 2 n d accused,G2 and accused were talking, suddenly d guard came and off the pump of the pool,d accused ask y he off d pump,he answered6pm time2off,d accused was shockd bcoz theyre still swimming learning that d 4years old water on d pool is very dirty,so he gossip it 2dG2as 2how many times he heard complaints from the guests about d pool, not knowing Guest1 is a very good friend of the owner of resort, in which he reported it2d owner that hes telling gossip about d pool 2 another guest(2) now the owner file a complaint against d accused. how should he defend hiself?
