I need a motion form too the courts to waive fees due to disability and no money coming in?

I was out of work and applying for disability at time of my arrest and sentencing and had been in jail for seven months and had a court appointed public defender who was incompedent and the court orded I pay 650.00 lawyer fee. I am un able to work due to my medical problems

Answers:
Call or go to the courthouse, and ask for the clerk's office. Ask if there is a form to request waiver, or what the process would be.

all those forms can be requested from your county clerks office, or they might even have it posted on their website. If you are really feeling proactive you can go online and order those forms as well.

Bonne Chance!
