Can a person get kicked off of section 8 housing in indiana for a misdemener drug charge?

if so,where can i find this information?

Answer:
Yes. In Indiana, Section 8 regulations require certain obligations and responsibilities on the part of the family for continued participation. If a family fails to meet these obligations, their participation in the Section 8 program may be terminated. In regards to criminal activity, those obligations are:
*The members of the family must not commit fraud, bribery or any other corrupt or criminal act in connection with the program.
*The members of the family may not engage in drug-related criminal activity, or violent criminal activity.

I have a background in criminal law, but nothing on tenant/landlord laws, let alone this section 8 housing in the Indiana jurisdiction. HOWEVER, in most common law countries, because you're only renting a place to live, the property still belongs to the landlord and they can do anything they want, including evicting a tenant for a misdemeanor. I guess your landlord got wind of this and just has some "moral" issues with this.

If there is something that contradicts in this Indiana, then I stand corrected, but chances are, it won't. All states follows a similar direction in practically everything.
No, America is built on people wanting a free ride.
Across America there are generations of people on welfare. We love them. Sit on your porch, drink beer, we love you. Go to jail once in a while. Get out and sit on your porch drinking beer. We love you. I wish I could donate more so people could sit on thier porch and drink beer. They are good people. My hope is we will pass a law that allows
all these good people to do drugs, contribute nothing, and sit on thier porch while we take care of them. Oh, its already there. Sorry. Feeling picked on? You are the victim? Sit back have another beer I'll pay for it. Always have, always will.
If not they should be! How is it they can't afford rent, but they can afford drugs?
