Yes I think it is, as you sign a confidentiality statement before you access the info on these predators, I have seen photo's of the sickos on bulletin boards at my local stores there's a few folks around here who are doing it and I thank God for them, and if you are printing and publishing their faces to warn family's that they are in your area, God Bless You and Thank You, more power to you.

I would think if the intention is to aid the search for a missing child, one could ask permission and there would be no problem.
