Yes. Also, criminal law and criminal procedures were electives at my law school, but essential for a prosecutor.

yes. prosecutors are licensed attorneys. There is one state, West Virginia, that will allow someone to "challenge" the bar exam without going to law school, after a period of apprenticeship. Other than that, to get licensed, one must go to law school.

Yes you do, but you don't have to go to law school to become a judge. But to become a Judge, you must have law experience. Not aware of any judges that were not attorneys prior.
Also need to pass the Bar exam.
A prosecutor is an attorney. Period. Yes, you have to go to law school and be admitted to the Bar.
