Is it against the law in New Jersey for a store or restaurant to restrict bathroom access to customers?

Restaurant, yes. Store, probably not.


No, is not against the law, it's a private property so they can regulate or deny bathroom service.

What they can't do is to deny the service beased on discriminatory and illegal reasons like race, sex, regilion etc.
It legal. Easy to get around. I mention I need to go real bad, and will order after I pee. After I pee I look at the menu and say I have changed my mind. Obviously you can't do this at the samer restaurant more than couple of times.
no sorry the their is no law that says we provide you with a restroom.
