Can i get this prostitute in trouble?
she emailed me and said she charges 40 a hour. i asked her what she charged as i joke and i got this price and pics.

To get into legal trouble, it must explicitly state that the money is to be paid for illegal activities.
You asked as a joke. Maybe she answered as a joke. You can probably get her in trouble and she can get you in trouble, but chances are that it won't work as you don't really have much proof.
Now if she sent you a copy of a "pricelist" that was formally printed or something, that may be different.
