Does the state of Utah have a small claims court and what is the limit?

I am being sued by Capital One Bank. But the amount is only $1300. They have an attorney and I know that it would be cost prohibitive to hire one. Any suggestions?

Answers:
Yes Utah does have a small claims court. However, you aren't being sued there! You have to go to whatever court you are sued in. I suggest you get an attorney. Small Claims Court operates VERY differently. Attorneys are NOT allowed in small claims court.
