If you or someone else knows a crime is being " swept under the carpet" what can you do to get justice?
Answers:
There is almost always a law enforcement organization that serves a check against the local police. For example, the State Attorney General may investigate in New York if a local district attorney fails to do so (or vice versa).
Call the police. If they won't act on it you can file a civil suit ... you need to be more specific.
