Answers:
No raising the driving age is idiotic and the reason is simple. The statistics showing underage drivers are more likely to get in accident reflect an obvious lack of driving experience not life experience. Raising the age to 18 will only increase the likelihood of accidents in a slightly older age group.
People don't gain ability through chronological age they gain it through experience
i don't think that animals need to be tested on at all. How about offering amnesty or converting death to life for prisoners on death row in exchange for undergoing testing..?

i don't believe that anyone has the right to kill an unborn child or one that is born. it is MURDER.how would a person like it if they could be put back in the womb of their mother, and the mother decides to have a abortion instead of keeping you alive ?. ask yourself that question & see if you would rather be dead or alive ! a baby has rights too.
