The federal law says its illegal. There are numerous instances where medical marijuana clinics and people who use medical marijuana have been arrested by the federal government. Medical Marijuana is not legal on the federal level so it cannot be legal in any state.

California legalised it for medicinal purposes and some other state has also but dont remember where.
However it is still a federal crime so even though Cali says you can have it, you can still be charged in federal court
In states when it's used for medicinal purposes only.
Yes and no.
Several states (including California) have specific exemptions to the general laws for marijuana that is used pursuant to a medical prescription. In those states, you cannot be prosecuted under the STATE drug laws for possession or use that meets those requirements.
However, the federal govt does not allow any such exemptions, and you can still be prosecuted under FEDERAL laws, regardless of what the state allows.
In parts of colorado it is legal.
Why worry about the legal stuff?
Just blow your pot and get stupid any time you want. Just keep it away from my kids.
No it is not under fedral law which super seeds state law
Probably in the White House..Bush has got to be high on something to be so stupid. He is a dangerous terrorist and should be stopped by the American people.
