What if i take the blame?
Im going 15 this year and recently my brother was caught for downloading Japanese Animation and they had send a letter to tell us that they will take legal actions against us and we may be jailed for 5years/$10 000 PER article we've downloaded.

My brother says that i should take the blame since im under 16 and they can't do anithing to me,
he add on that if he takes the blame he might get NS national service extension (he is in NS army)

HE should take the blame. HE did it. Your brother's a jerk. Would rather you suffer than him. I can just feel the love.
That said, unless he has a HUGE stockpile of material OR has been redistributing it he's likely just to face a sizable fine. (several thousand)

Dont take the blame your brother know he has done something ilegal, you could be put in juvy but not jail and it is th same thing. DONT TAKE THE BLAME... your brother knew he was doing something wrong.

Yes you will be sued and can face jail time as well as your brother. You would be sent to a juvenile detention center for 5 years or until you turn 21 which can be just as bad as the adult jail. If your brother did the action, your brother should take responsibility not you. You do not want to spend your highschool years in jail because of something your brother did.
