Can anybody tell me how many non-violent criminals were over looked when Texas released Kenneth McDuff?
When Texas released murderer Kenneth McDuff to ease over crowding, how many non-violent criminals were over looked for release? Did they release non-violent criminals before they got to McDuff?

not sure, but they still have a guy in prison doing 20 to life for possessing a joint (marijuana). didn't let him out.
I haven't looked into this situation so I cannot give you an adequate answer.
However, knowing the inmate statistics here in New Hampshire and understanding how the prisons here work because my husband is incarcerated, my theory to your question is.

The Judicial system isn't fair if you have money at your disposal!
My husband is serving 7 years for possession of prescriptions that were not his. Child molesters get out of prison in a few months! How equal is that?
