What are the federal laws for forgery on federal checks?

Do they prossicute on check forgery no matter the amount if it is a VA disablility check?

Yes, they do prosecute on forgery. Check forgery is a federal offense and the feds won't take it lightly. It doesn't matter the amount or type of check involved.
As Keonna said, forgery of ANY check is a Federal crime. In addition, forging a VA check is theft from the government.
Oh yeah. Fraud and check forgery are felonies.
