Lets arm the police and bring back public hangings, floggings and the stocks or better still lets leave things as they are someone using a gun in this country brings so much publicity that sells papers. Go to any place in the world and you wont find a safer and more stable country than the one you are living in.
As for hanging doubt over the last 2 men hung here and the last women.

I mean, look at America, highest capital punishment rate by far of any of the Western democracies and yet only has the highest rate of gun crime in the Western world.
