How does a child emancipate themselves in Arkansas?

Answers:
You don't Arkansas has no statute for emancipation

You shouldn't post questions like this!
Ohhhh - 'emancipate'!!
you have to have a lawyer help you draw up papers, and go before a judge to prove that you are able to support yourself financially.
I'm pretty sure you can look it up on google, and you can probably find some good information on there. or you can call a lawyer.
Sometimes home isn't so bad, if you wanna talk about it you can e-mail me.
Good luck.
Are you asking on behalf of yourself or another person? In any case, I would suggest an online search @ legalzoom.com or some similar internet legal resouce.
Note to Steve: don't be such a stereotyping prick.
