A man sentenced to six additional months in jail for masturbation, Why?
A female guard was doing her checks after lights out and saw one of the inmates pleasuring himself. She reported him for indecent exposure in a public place. When he went to a hearing they extended his sentence an additonal 6 months. Do you think this should have happened? Is a private jail cell considered a public?
Answers:
the court concluded that a jail cell is not private, but public enough, that he got in trouble, it said that he did not try to hide it, he wanted other people to see, it said this is not the first time she has warned him, and she also said that there are others that do it under there sheets, that while she could tell what they were doing, at least they tried to cover up and not expose themselves.
is there more to this story then what you are telling? if he was trying to hide himself from her it would be a different story but if he was bltant about it and was doing it to her then he is guilty as charged.
I suspect she offered him a little sex and he said he'd rather masturbate
HELL HATH NO FURY LIKE A WOMAN SCORNED
It sounds like he was exposing himself, if she saw it.
If you are incarcerated, you are the property of that state. And that is against the rules of any jail/prison. Just the way it is.
