My boyfriend's Employer is setting him up to be fired. Should he quit even though he is tranfering.?

He is haing a hard time with his new supervisor @ Best Buy, who is brand new to his department. He asked for a transfer to another local store. Ever since, his supervisor has been purposely scheduling him during times he is unavailable and writes him up every time he asks to get his shift changed. she has also been scheduling other people at the same time he is working so he can't switch with people except for her( which of course she won't do). He is due to transfer in 2 weeks but I am worried he will get fired first. The manager seems to be behind everything too. What can He do?

Answers:
He needs to wait the two weeks.

We have soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan who are away from their families for six or nine months, sleeping on the ground, getting shot at regularly. If they can do that, he can tough it out on the "wrong" shift for two weeks.

Bide his time until he transfers. It's only two weeks.
Try to wait on the transfer. If he quits, he can not claim unemployment while looking for his next job. If only two weeks, and he really wants to work at the new location, he should try to do whatever it takes to be available, play the game for 2 weeks to get what he wants.
