Wrote a bad check in different county?
wrote a check in a county where I was in to for 40.00 and I'm about 400 miles away from the county where it was wrote at now I recieved a letter from the Travis county DA in Texas for a class I have to take and to pay off the check. To pay the fine and penalties will be ok, but is there a online check program to take the class.

You should contact the county, tell them that you would like to pay the fine, but ask if there is a way you can either take the course online or somewhere around you.
why not just pay off the fine?
i suggest you do what it takes to pay it, writing bad checks can put you in jail!

No there isn't, this is one of the penalties for writing the bad check. Why, because anyone could take the class for you and nobody would know the difference.
Um thats odd, usually your only given fines and ordered to go to class if you've been to court on the subject. In which case if you live in another county they would recommend classes in your area. Or transfer your case.
Have you been to court on this? I didn't even think you could press charges on anything less then 100.00 but I'm in Michigan it maybe different.
Normally it is done on video at a room in the courthouse, and you have to sign in and out.
Start driving.
Or call the clerk to see if you can do it at your local courthouse.
