Criminal charge if my robot killed someone?

Let's say I create a humanoid robot. One day, the robot freaks out and killed someone. What crime could I be charged with then?

Answers:
Manslaughter.

The same as if you hit and killed someone with your car because of a preventable mechanical failure, like your brakes failing

probably involutary manslaughter
Misuse of unauthorized equipment. and murder.
