What is the law in relation to publishing and incitement to religious hatred.?
if a book contains material advocating violence against people of other beliefs or of no beliefs whatever..
could or should that book be removed from sale in the uk?
Answers:
if a relgion incites to violence it is not a true religion, outher than self defence, of course, the god made it plain, though shalt not kill, people who have no real religious beleif use religion as a cover for violence, getting religion the blame, indeed one would think that non religious people are perfect, where do they all go when theres a war, do they not hide behind religion. true religion does not attack foreign countries
without good cause.non religion does not have an organised church of non believers, they are the materialist who believe in personal comfort and money power. these are the ones who cause all the trouble and manipulate religions to get involved, and they dont know whats right or wrong they dont care as long as they are comfortable, before they ban any books what about the tv companies who have been promoting violence for many years, they are more powerful than books because they show the images.
yes, the koran should be removed.
I know you've asked this question in religion too!
It depends on where you are in the world. In the greater sense, this kind of behaviour is really bad. Don't advocate violence for the sake of it, and certainly not in the name of God!
I believe you are given a knighthood
ask Salman Rushdie
Well, as we have seen, many times now, if you are the BNP, white naturally, and thick, naturally in keeping too, and incite murder you get off.
However, and in a brown skin, protesting about soldiers murdering people in yur Country, and you suggest that your countrymen do the same to the soldiers, you get banged up for 3 years.
Now, one is white, one is brown skinned, doing exactly the same thing, with one walking free, on two occasions, and the other, the brown skinned one, getting banged up because he suggested that murders might deserve the same themselves.
We live in sad times.
No but a legal action could be taken against the publisher as in a recent case against the Sun newspaper. It needs a court to decide otherwise we would be attacking free speech and banning books without due legal process reeks of Nazi methods.
