What are the qualities of a good citizen? How is good citizenship is expressed in all eight of these areas: family, laws, religion, education, environment, local community, humankind and government.

A good citizen eh...?
My perception of a good citizen is one that becomes a good tooth on the gears of society, ie: they help the wheel turn. Its not about spending money necessarily but rather, working with others to facilitate solving problems, whatever they may be, ie: pollution, social, zoning, helping the unfortunate, etc.
I also see it as the duty of a good citizen to seek out and educate themselves on which politician will do the best for the environment and the people, and then VOTE.
Helping others that need help is a key issue in my mind that separates an avg citizen from a good one.
