Child custody transfer?

Anyone know what I need to do to get joint custody of my daughter? She lives with her mother in SC and I am in TN. Mother will nto contest it I jsut need help knowing what forms and stuff I need to have her sign so I can claim her on my taxes and she can legaly live with me. Any lawyers out there?

We're not mind readers. Without knowing her/your present legal status, it is hard to answer. Were/are you married/separated/divorced? Is there an existing custody order? If so, what does it say? From which court did it issue?
