New York State Dept. Of Labor?
Would anyone know of a # or someone maybe say: "higher office" I could contact... I am recentley unemployed and the NYSDOL are very rude and I am trying to seek answers but they refuse to tell me ... and refuse when I ask to speak to a supervisor... DOes anyone know if there is anything more I could do?

you can call the unemployment insurance office, call the main number and ask them to transfer you the special programs unit.
