Motorists keep using my reserved parking spot at my apartment,what are my rights?

You have the right to have them towed at their expense by the company that your complex chooses to handle these types of violations.(First ,check your apartments Rules and Regs)
clamp them an charge £50 to remove it they wont do it again
If it reserved for 'residents only' then call the cops and they'll tow the offender away. Ive done this a few times to commuters who use the parking bays outside my house, it has a great affect.
get a larger sign. make up some flyers saying that it is your space and please dont use it again, when it happens pop one underthe windscreen wiper.
block them in
slash the tyres
scratch the bonnet
pour battery acid over the roof.
Call the police and ask that they issue a parking ticket. Also make enquiries about having the bay chained off so others can't park there and only you have a key.

Depends what country you are in if it is UK and private property you have little rights and it is definately not a police matter.
