Would it be stupid to buy anair rifle if you have a court case and previous convictions for imatated firearms?

Answers:
yes if th police search his hme an th air rifle is found he could b looking at a harsher sentence

that goes without saying don't you think?
I think you've answered your own question!
What do you think?
Errr YES !! Very stupid
Yes. And funny too.
YES !! It would totally be STUPID !!!

Common sense would dictate that to you especially if you currently have a pending case against you.
Very stupid.
HMMMM.FELONY CONVICTION.AIR RIFLE...STATE PEN.THAT ABOUT SUMS IT UP.LMAO
Yeah, pretty dumb, even though low powered air rifles (12ft lbs) muzzle energy, are exempt from licencing regulations, it is still regarded as a "firearm" if you commit an offence with one, you will be charged under the firearms act. Which in your particular circumstances, would NOT be funny!. Don't do it.
if you have previous convictions for firearms you would probably be on licence which forbids you from owning a firearm real or otherwise so no it wouldn't be a good idea
Do you need to ask??
Yes. So be smart and get Halo or something instead. lol
Yes
Very stupid but in view of the fact you are asking the question you obviously are not too bothered about looking stupid are you?
Firstly, in the UK, if you have been sentenced to three months imprisonment then you are banned from possessing an air weapon for 5 years. You would be arrested if caught.

Secondly you cannot now possess an air weapon in a public place without reasonable excuse or lawful authority. This came into effect on 20/1/2004. Gone are the days when you could carry an air weapon around, thanks to Section 23 of the Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003.

If I were you I would't bother.
