Can I SUE?

I am addicted to gambling, so I signed a self-restriction form to the local casino.

The casino said this will restrict me from gambling there for the next five years. This was the only way for me to help with my addiction.

Now, I've realized you can still enter the casino, show your driver's lic. and still be allowed to gamble. I've lost countless money cause I can't stop.

They said self-restriction would prohibit me from entering, but this isn't so. Can I sue for the false pretense and them still allowing me to gamble even though I went through their regulations and signed papers to prevent this?

Answers:
You are so addicted that you would sue and turn around and gamble that money. You are so far gone that you can't even see how terrible you sound for even suggesting it. It isn't up to them to break your habit, it's your very own!

if your worrying about suing you'll never beat your addiction. only you can do that
Loser! Grow a back bone and quit blaming everyone else for your problems. Take some responsibility here!
Only if I can file a counter suit for sheer inanity and time wasting.

Next question.
I think you need help and suing is not the answer. Move away maybe the middle of Iowa or something huh?
