Be cool...and don't get irritated. At least act cool and don't show your anger.... The harassers will get tired themselves and stop it.

it won't stop unless you do.
You should kick their ***.

It could be construed as harassment, and possibly even discrimination, and/or hate speech. The one thing it isn't is sexual harassment -- that would be someone making unwanted sexual advances. Unless they're saying they want to have sex with you, or something of that nature, it would not be sexual harassment.
yea you could, my 2 best friends and i were called lesbians all the time. It didn't bother us, sometimes when we were bored we would even egg it on. Be thankful that you are not as narrow minded as they are. I think it would help though if before you filed a charge against someone you talk to them one on one. You tell them like straight forward, 'if you continue with this i am taking it to court, this is serious issue and i am not putting up with your elementary style rants, now i advise you to grow up and quit it and tell all your friends that i will do that same thing, to them. Now this is a warning, if this happens again i will not hesitate to take this to court (or where ever.)' you know something like that where your the bigger man. It is important that when talking to them you are assertive and you are the one with the power, and don't let it go any other way. ((((i always felt special when they called us lesbians, because i mean if they take the time to notice, we must be important. lol.besides thats how i met my boyfriend, i was his favorite lesbian. lol/// just don't let them get you down, just remember that homosexual people are treated this way everyday. hope that helped :)
yea you can take it to court but the judge will say this case is ridiculous and dimiss it.He will not even bother with it. just go to the teacher and tell is honestly the best thing you can do (the bad they will call you a big snitch) or just kick there A** and it will all be over soon.
In some states, there are laws against bullying. Name calling in school is expected, but if it is being taken too far, and is affecting you emotionally and psychologically then you may need to take action with the school. Talk to your parents, the guidance counselor, or your principal.
Start by reporting the past sexual harassment to the principal. If he doesn't take action, make a police report each and every time it occurs. Also, get your parent(s) to go to a school board meeting and talk to the school board about it. EVERY school has a written sexual harassment policy. If the staff are not following it, the school board needs to know so that they can take action. Also, if this is on-going, take it to the press.
ARE you gay?

EDITED TO CLARIFY

As an Attorney I don't mince words. I asked you a very specific question for a very specific reason. Now, either answer it or take the answers given by those who are NOT attorneys.
IF you're not 'gay'
and you're call this in front of
other people...it is called
'slander' [defamation of character].
Yes you can sue.
Problem will be...getting witnesses if they
are ALL calling you gay.
