Why can't victims get a lawyer when they are poor? Looking for ten years!?
I reported a child abuser, but found out that the child abuser has "friends" on the police force, who over ruled court orders.
I have been stalked since 1997 by the abuser and forced to stay indoors, underground, for 10 years.
I launched a civil suit under rule 2 by myself in the Superior court. The Judge gave me a note that states I can get a lawyer free to amend my case, but under rule 2 in my case he should have put aside all the rules and dealt with this matter he didn't, so I added him to my case.
I can't find a lawyer in Canada who will take on the police, crowns and Judges, without a retainer off the charts for me and some are afraid.
If there is any lawyers who see this with any empathy at all, who will expose this as I have been threatened and take the case as I am suing for over 25 million dollars. I have lost ten years of my life for "doing the right thing", I need help, I don't want to be held hostage by my own government any more. I have no criminal record.

Drop all of your lawsuits and move on. You're obsessed, and need professional help to overcome whatever is really bothering you.
I don't buy your story. The fact that you can't find a lawyer means they don't either.
you must have done something against the gov, may be have belief that they dont like. our gov use sex as a means of warfare against individuals in order to descredit them, i have been one of their victims for 18 yrs also you are not aware them in high politics the sodomite rules, if you have said anything against them, they will harrass you til the day you die. we have a secret sodomite police in britain, just thought i would let you know you was not alone. sexual perversion is the will of our demonic goverment, they want it legalised.
It sounds as if the system in the US is like the UK
My local Council failed , to act in a case of corruption , thus becoming part of it , they made sure I could not expose them , as they made me homeless , and like your case these people have freinds in high places
I have complained to every one possable but it is like talking to a wall , no answer
I will not give up trying , as one day , these people will have to answer for there actions
And if the law will not do it , there are other ways and means to get justice
In your case I would make leaflets and put them about , I doubt they whould be able to ignore the matter for long
