Ok age of consent question??

ok.. heard about a 16 y.o dating a 42 y.o.. but its legal bc of the age of consent in ga is 16?

Well, in Georgia a man can pretty much do whatever he wants to with his daughter

it varies from state to state- but as I understand it when your 18 you are an adult and you can date whoever you want (who is also over 18) and if you are under 18 you can't date anyone who is 4 years older than you.
I am pretty sure the age of consent is 16 in all states..but that doesn't mean it's not gross. Something is wrong with that 42 year old.
Guy in GA is serving 10 years in prison for sleeping with a 15 year old when he was 17. But I guess it's ok for a 16 year old to date a 42 year old?????
