I forgot to appear in court and now they issued a warrent for my arrest?
how long will they keep me there, this is my second time in court after my arrest and i know it's a long process, but what are the penalties.

I think your best bet is to just go there - bring a toothbrush and some PJs! Talk to a lawyer first to see what your options are. You just forgot! I doubt they'll give you the firing squad if you honestly show up and say you'll do what they want.
PS: Don't show up loaded or with drugs in your blood!

In most cases it is best to take a plea bargain most of the time it will be with out jail time maybe probation etc...

It depends on what the crime was. If it was just a fine you will have to pay the fine and costs and they will add a judgement. If it's more like a criminal case you will have it added on to your charges and will be fined and jailed until you are bailed out. How do you forget these things?

You don't say what the arrest was for, so theres no way to tell you what kind of penaly you face. Speak to your lawyer, and if you don't have one you better get one.
