If you& your family are threatened to be wiped out on phone across st lines can they be sued in civil court?
can this be called a terriost threat as i have a tape of these threats & can the fbi be called in

you can sue for the pain and suffering that harrassment has caused you and your family. i would go to court, first, a file for a restraining order though so when you do go to civil court, it shows that you put in an effort to stop it.

You better be careful. If you taped the conversation without the other party's consent (and it wasn't allowed under a court order), you could be the one in trouble.
