Answers:
You are not entitled to any pay raises by any government law, other than they need to be paying you at least the minimum wage, which recently went up in the USA.

You could work at the same company your wole life and not get any raises. However, in practical terms, as you get good at what you do, you should be checking with other stores to see if they interested in hiring you to do the same work for more money. Companies know that employees do this, so they do sometimes give raises to people to discourage such activity.

However, most companies have a Personnel or Human Resources dept. You could go ask them if there is any policy with respect to long term employees getting a raise after some length of good service, and if so, how far away you are from such a review.

Some companies are disorganized in this respect. It could be that under their policies, you are overdue for a raise, and your simple question reminds them that they need to fix this.

If it is a private company, the raise is at their will.
There are no laws mandating a raise at any specific interval - it's between you and your employer (unless you belong to a union, and then it's between the union and the employer to reach an agreement). Your company may have a policy on it; check with Human Resources.
That is an issue you need to discuss at your interview when you get hired.
If you have worked there for awhile, and feel you deserve a raise, you need to ask you boss. If he likes you and gives you a raise, then be happy. But if he doesn't give you one, dont be surprised, just start looking for another job.

Unfortunatly, people who are willing to work in retail stores are a dime a dozen, and are easy to replace.
There are no laws regulating what an employer has to pay you, except for minimum wage laws. There are really no laws to force an employer to give you a raise. Stop looking.. you won't find one. If you want a raise.. work harder or find another job.
