Is it illegal to make and set these off in California?
I was going to make some bottle bombs and grenades and set them off in a street. Would this be illegal?

i have a really cool cannon in NY and showed the ad in the magazine that i bought it from to the police dept b4 i bought it to be sure it was legal and yes that was legal. altho...neighbors complained even tho i went to their homes b4 i shot it off so that they wouldnt feel fearful but someone still called the police and they came and told me i couldnt shoot it. what they said is its legal as long as noone complains.

I'm sure some of it is. But in reality, only if you get caught. You might get busted for noise violations and possibly property damage

No. None of them contain actual explosives. Vinegar & Baking Soda are used for volcanos in every JR.Hi. Science Fair. No worries. It would be smart to do it in an empty lot, or a really quiet street so no one rolls over your stuff.
