How old must someone in Georgia be to legally work?
I've googled it, but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. I'd appreciate it.
Also.. where could I go to find the current driving restrictions for teens? I'm awful at finding laws.

14 yrs 6 months with a C average and regular school attendance, is the age you may get a work permit. Your job choices will be limited do to child labor laws.
The Georgia Department of Driver Services is where you can find the current restrictions. One interesting thing to look at is that you may hold a full motor cycle license before the age of 16. To look for laws in Georgia you would look at the house of reps. web site for a link to Georgia code or click on the link that has been copied from their site:

I'm not from Georgia, so I know I shouldn't be posting an answer. But here in Missouri, you can have low-labor jobs at 15, 16 opens the door to more opportunities, and at 18, you can sell alcohol.
As far as driving goes, we can get our permit at 15 (only drive with parents in the car), our intermediate license at 16 (can't drive after 1am, before 5am, only one other person in the car under 18), and at 18, you can get your full license, CDL, etc.
I'm sure its similar all across the USA...
