Can any 1 tell me if im with in my legal rights to be nude on my own property?

well technically it is legal, but not if you're offending your neigbours or you can be seen from a public/populated area (eg main road, park etc)
the official charge is 'public indecency' so as long as your not visible to little kids or old ladies, and you're in your own house and not offending anyone then its ok. for example, if you're in your backyard with wooden fences the whole way round then its reasonable to expect that no one could see you. also, if you are physically INSIDE your house and someone sees you then its absolutely 1000% ok.
If you're not in plain sight of where you could be seen by others, strip away.
Not if you can be seen by the general public.

As long as you are not drawing attention to yourself, with the disapproval of anyone who sees you. You should be fine.
