My ex is harassing me... please help?
My soon-to-be ex-husband has sent me numerous text messages, and most of them have been deleted from my phone. I don't know much about the laws and what is considered harassment but he said things like "Do us all a favor and die." and called me a pale ugly hoe bag, a c**t and a cokehead. That’s not at all true.
He brought his current girlfriend (who is also a dancer) to the club I work at to fill out an application, and I worked with her one night, and she got fired before I realized that she was dating my ex. But before she got fired, she told all the black girls at the club that I called her the n-word (trying to start a fight) and I never call anyone that.
Is there a way I get a record from my cell phone company of all the messages he's sent me? I went to AT&T's website and looked at my account, but there's no details about text messages. On my bill it only says what number a message was sent/received and the date and time.

Get a restraining order, and call your cell phone company, there is a way to do it, but it may take a copy of the Police report, I am not sure.
You're cute, I'll take care of him for ya.
Call the police. Get a restraining order.
Get out of the stripping business if you want to find a decent boyfriend.
Umm you can call the phone company. Then just ask to talk to someone who can bring up all of you messages cause i have a at/t phone and on the website under text messaging you can see what people sent you and what you sent people even if you deleted it on your cell phone. Then if it is that serious and you want to take it to court you have the right to do so and bring it up under harrasment, or even call the local police station and ask what charges you can press for that...
well hope i helped!
I would not be so concern of the text message, unless it's costing you money. I think you can block his phone. It's nothing the police would care about. Bring his girlfriend to your work place and for her to cause you trouble, is a different story. I agree on getting a restraining order on him and his girlfriend. Tell your African American coworkers, You know me, and you don't know her. Explain the circumstance and ask if they are willing to put down what she said on paper. You can also call the phone company. They keep recors, but I think they may not be so willing to had it over to you. If not ask them to save the messages for future legal stuff.
