Why are'nt people allowed to fight in public places?
Answer:
Because the public is there and in the way of the fighters. Boxing and UFC are different because the combatants are in an enclosed area.
Because it would lead to chaos in the streets. People are like sheep- they will always follow the leader and do what they see others doing. If two people began to fight, others would almost certainly join in.
It's to keep the peace.
