All countries have some level of human rights.

Any country under Sharia Law.

Men have rights.

Women have to have all their skin covered, must obey their husbands and/or fathers, are suceptible to honors killings, among other horrendous crimes against women (clitoral mutilation, They aren't suppose to enjoy sex that is reserved for men) and anyone considered an infidel
