What do I do?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I moved to Los Angeles and hate it. I'm not racist, but I am, the minority, I'm white. Not just that it's ulgy. My manager doesn't speak english and Mexicans try to sell me food in the Walmart parking lot. It's annoying. But I need to stay here for 1 year because of my job that I'm making 70,000 dollars a year at. They made me live here and I'm stuck.

Answers:
I almost went to Iraq to train Iraqi prosecutors in how to obtain and execute search warrants and wire taps. I'd have had to stay in the green zone and would have had 24/7 armed escorts as well as private bodyguards from a contractor agency. My pay would have been $250k upon completion of my one year contract.

Was it worth it? Not in a million years. Sometimes the money is tempting and sometimes you gotta say to yourself, am I frikkin happy?

If you like the job (not just the money), deal with it. Learn the languages being spoken. If you don't like the job, then move and find another one.
Nobody is forced to live anywhere. This is a free country.

You are choosing to stay because you want the money. You have made your choice.
if your making 70 grand i think you can tuff it out for a year
