Caught drinking underage in maryland?
i was caught drinking underage in public last night, got arrested and then released but now have to go to court. What kind of charges am i facing and what is a likely result that i will be given?

They will make you do community service.
You're probably looking at a fine and community service for underage drinking and public intoxication. The chances of you actually having to go to jail are practically nil. They have bigger fish to fry in jail.
It is probally a big deal in Maryland looks like a fine. Then off to AA for you.
I cant believe thet actually arrest people for that. I was caught probably 5 times and never even detained --they just made me pour it out.
Generally speaking its no more then a fine. Each state has different laws, but they are all fairly lax. Especially on your first offense.
