Whether this bollywood stars got in to insanity ? They all not bothered about a serious crime committed .?
This Dutt has committed a big crime which is against the national law .It is also is a very unpatriotic crime ? It is against the peaceful existance of the country itself .So we have to think about these bollywood stars seriously .Those who done the crime of this sort should be punished relentlessly. It is the matter of other innocent life .

It’s the insanity caused because of unaccountable money they are making as bollywood stars. They are getting crores of Rupees for doing a single movie, getting paid in lakhs & even crores for a single day or night stage show, crores of Rupees they get for appearing for advertisements as brand ambassadors. They have crores of Rupees which is unaccounted which even Income Tax department is unable to detect. Now after making so much money will not their brain blow up & they indulge in all such crimes including taking drugs etc. Why talk only of Sanjay Dutt? Salman Khan, Fardeen Khan will soon be following him for jail yatra & many more against whom various criminal cases are pending for various criminal activities. These brats of bollywood unlike their parents are spoiled because of all this wealth, publicity & political backing. But what really satisfying thing is that courts are playing their roles honestly is sending them for jail yatra which they deserve very badly.
Is that your question or answer. See, you must have been the first person to watch Sanju's movies na? I think he should be released becuae there are over $5,000,000,000 behind Sanju's next films..
what in the world are you talking about?
Yeah, they are doing that because if tommorrow if something happens to them like what happened to sanju baba, they need support na, that's why they are doing all this nonsense...
Since as on date, the matter is not sub-judice, I shall comment on your statements, without any critical remark on the verdict.
Verdicts rendered by courts do not need any public endorsement. Any contrary opinion too, do not affect them, unless overturned or modified by superior courts.
The said person has been convicted under the Arms Act, for (1) possession of a lethal weapon without adherence to law (2) He disposed off the same (in panic) thereby committed destruction of evidence (3) He took the help of another in such disposal thereby abetted the crime of destruction of evidence, by the other person. The Hon'ble Court has however accepted the fact that all these emanate from his own admission (thereby conceding that if he remained silent, there was no other proof). Also that the weapon was with no criminal intention against the society, but for self defence. The benefit of Probation of Offenders Act, not extendable because of another admission of having possessed an 'illegal' weapon earlier thereby rendering the offence impugned, a second one.
The possession of an illegal weapon is considered not a big offence in several countries and let off with fine and on probation.
Consequently disposal too by self or through others. TV channels show illegal manufacture of arms, especially at the time of elections. In Bihar and U.P., it is stated that any blacksmith would easily manufacture rifle, pistol or revolver and it is also said that illegal arms galore. The State machinery being very lax in providing security to people by maintaining law and order, people are wont to explore possibilities of self defence. The issue is of ramifications of public administration and sociology, not in any manner trivialising the infraction of law., in accordance with principles of criminology. Let us remember, that a Prime Minister, in the past, with the sole motivation of getting out of the clutches of law, for corrupt electoral practices, used State power, incarcerating thousands of political leaders, imposing censorship stifling freedom of expression, extended the life of a captive Parliament, got passed amendment to electoral law with retrospective effect, and also got amended the constitution for the same purpose (which was struck down by the judiciary later on) and saved the seat. Foreign Exchange violations were viewed very seriously with arrests in the past but not now. Income Tax violations are now compounded. Strictly, if a vehicle is parked in a non-parking area, it is an offence and the offender is given the option of componding it by payment of fine on the spot or face a trial with chances of conviction. No wonder everybody coughs up fine.
Penological principles are based on threat perception to society, whether the offender is likely to repeat the offence and thus prove to be a menace to the society. But a judge can not enter into polemics, except in academic discussions, and has to go by the letter of law, which he has done in the instant case. But there is a genuine legal gray area, of applicability of Probation. The reason of the offence impugned being a second offence may be revisited, as the earlier one was not tried and convicted upon. Regret, remorse and resolve not to recur, flowing from the offence impugned, and the subsequent conduct of the accused/convict is to be the basis, as per another legal viewpoint. This will be taken care of by the appellate Court and ruling would emerge.
The sympathy for the offender in some professional coleaggues as well as general public, is on the basis of the large-hearted sociological principles operative in the society largely. What does the State or societ gain, by incarcerating an offender? Some three decades ago same sentiment prevailed in Delhi when a famous doctor was punished for much more 'heinous' offence. While the rest of the nation condemned in strongest language, there was an overwhelming support in Bhagalpur and rest of Bihar, in support of the police, 'blinding' the dreaded criminals. Also, an IAS officer, not domicile of Bihar, but hailed in Bihar as an honest,upright,incorruptible,n... officer, was arraigned on charge of a heinous offence carrying death penalty, but the people of Bihar, eager to have an honest officer, in the administration, thronged the court, when arguments were taking place, and celebrated when he was freed by the court.
One can not blame the society from one's own angle. Always. society functions on the basis of Highest Common Multiple and not on the basis of Lowest Common denominator
Showing sympathy by Bollywood Stars for Sanjay Dutt is not justified. He has committed a criminal act of illegal possession of arm and participated in the parties hosted by underworld dons. He knows the consequences when he committed the offence of having serious consequences. Now he is repenting his act which could not be undone. TADA Court has punished him for 6 years under Arms Act. If the court had punished under TADA, he could have been awarded harsher punishment. Bollywood stars sympathy is nothing but supporting his criminal act as of no consequence.
Repenting for criminal act is like murdering a person afterwards repenting for the act which is useless in the eyes of law. Sunjay Dutt has got what he deserves. Bollywood stars should show sympathy for innocents who are languishing in jail for no fault of thiers.
i agree... law is law and we should respect it
This Dutt who,you say, "has committed a big crime which is against the national law and which is also a very unpatriotic crime" has
already been punished.Pending his appeal against the sentence,he is now incarcerated in the Yerwada prison at Pune. The only sad part
is that he has got away lightly with a prison term of six years.Funnily, he has been held guilty of only possession of a weapon.Everyone
seems to have overlooked the fact that he destroyed the evidence, consorted with known
criminals who were part of the blast conspiracy.
Wherever did you get the idea that this 'star
got in to insanity'?He is perfectly sane and fully aware of the consequences of his action.Sadly
he doesn't appear to feel any remorse,to wit the fact he has chosen to go in for appeal
against his conviction.
Thats what I felt initially until the media exposed the fact that Madhukar Satpotdar former Shiv Sena MP who was caught red handed with weapons during the Bombay riots, was ACQUITTED !
Now I firmly feel that Sanjay and several other blasts convicts must be set free; they are certainly no more "criminal" than Satpotdar and others of his ilk, all of whom remain unprosecuted till today.
Double standards for politicians and politically connected people make all these proceedings just a farce. There is no justice.
