I think that illegal people should have rights because part of the usa belonged to mexico what do you think?

Constitutional rights are for citizens. If you aren't a citizen, you don't get the constitutional rights the rest of us have. Don't like it? Become a citizen.

Well America used to belong to England, France, Spain, Russia, Mexico, Desiree, and various Native tribes. Technically according to the Treaty of Paris, the United States should own Canada.
Of course Illegals should have rights, but not the same rights as a citizen or a legal alien.
