Work Place interview quotas, do they exists?
It seems friends of mine, have been being called for interviews, then find that their interviewing for jobs in which they don't have requirments for. I tend to call this work place interview quotas.
Does this term exists?

Worse, some of these places call people in to interview so they can collect identities and social security numbers and then they hire the illegal immigrants using those proper numbers. Since these friends applied to the job, when they go to report their identities stolen, or when the IRS comes after them for failure to pay taxes, they'll have a hard time proving that they didn't work there, especially if they don't have another job.
Yes interview quotas exist because the illegal immigrant support groups need them to justify their statements that they can't get qualified American workers to do the jobs they have available. And then, too, there is a firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, that actually holds seminars to teach companies how to keep U.S. Citizens from even applying for jobs so they can give them to illegal immigrants.
