Anyone know Pennsylvannia laws depicting break time and lengths requirments?

Im having a heck of a time finding anything on the net that tells me what Pennsylvannias break laws for a full time employee are. Along with a few other laws.

Let me tell you what is going on maybe you can shed some light and hopefully a link to the answer.

the main issue would be lunch breaks. AT my job we work a 9 hour total day, and recive a 1 hour unpaid lunch making 8 hours of work. I usually work 2 to 11 and they having been pushing me and others to be BAck from lunch by 5. This means i go into work, work 2 hours and have to go to lunch then come back and work 6 more hours befor i can go home, is this legal? can they require i take my lunch 2 hours into my 8 hour shift? I prefer to cut my day in half and it poses no problem with work accomplished yet they ride us about this. I dont think its fair, and how can it be legal?

Please shed some light on it for me and if you can a link that i can read up on. Im tired feeling liek im getting screwed here and need the info.

Answer:
Under 29 CFR 785.18 (Code of Federal Regulations) breaks of five to twenty minutes must be paid by the employer while, for a meal period to be unpaid, has to be at least 30 minutes uninterrupted by work. Note again, however, that federal law does not mandate breaks or meal periods.

Pennsylvania does NOT have a separate meal break law. Therefore, based on the facts presented, what your employer is doing is perfectly legal.

Almost everything in PA is employer specific. Check with a phone call to the Labor Relations Board.
