Answers:
It's possible the judge might swallow ur stories and drop the charges but judges aren't stupid. He'll probably ask u the same thing I'm wondering right now, how cud u not think the house was empty when the place was empty with no furniture. U can't tell a lived in house from an empty one.

just pay ticket but you will have it on your record. But if something got stolen or broken then its big trouble.
WHAT.Oh was you messing it up? Thats crazy people show up at my Party Shack all the time, I would NEVER do that, To anyone, you can never have too many friends.
I take it the party was in an empty house right? Why didn't you ask the person that invited you who owned the house. I doubt that you would have left, I know that when I was a teenager I would not have left.

A trespass is a minor offense, if / when you go to court just tell the truth, hopefully there were no signs posted, your worst punishment may come from your parents.

Good luck
Trespassing is trespassing, at least in civil law. In criminal lawhowever, you probably need to have attained at least some mens rea before being convicted. Your State probably has a negligence requirement, which means if you "should" have known the house did not belong to the party-thrower, then you will get found guilty. If the house looked repossessed, i.e. no furniture etc., you might have a hard time proving yourself innocent. Good luck!
Just take this as a lesson learned the hard way.. Next time dont go anywhere unless you know who is the owner of the property.even then it can get you a ticket. This house is most likely a foreclosure that is not occupied. You will be lucky to get off with just a ticket and no further charges for breaking and entering.
So You, and your friends had a Jam (party)
in a vacant house, and it got out of hand, loud
and raucous. Somebody call the COPS, they
charge you and your friends with tresspassing.
If you'll did any damage to the property, then
they can prosecute You. Maybe you can tell
your attorney you didn't know, but that might
not work - didn't the fact there was no furniture
give you a clue ? Sounds like jail time, to me.
pay the ticket it.s not beag of a deal just be glad it wasnt pushed by local pro. att. on this matter . my opion/
